If I could give 10 stars I would. We chose Evan based on reviews, how nice he was, experience, and communication. We were first time buyers. Evan explained everything, was available everytime we texted or called him, and he absolutely was the strongest advocate in our corner. Where he went above and beyond was doing the eh work to get documents that the broker needed when the broker seemed to lack the will to do any work. Evan took his time to make calls and send emails to help the process along. Also, as first time buyers, we had fears and questions beyond buying a home…..things like ordnances, taxes, insurance, broker disclosures, etc. Evan was able to either answer or get us an answer quickly. He was extremely patient with us. I will absolutely be calling him again for any future purchases or if we sell our home to size up!
